Personal Service

When you place an order, we assign you a team of people to oversee your job all the way through production. They’ll be at your beck and call to address your needs and concerns as they arise. You have bigger things to worry about than the status of your print job, and our goal is to make sure you never stress.

No Rush Service Fees

At Mingo, every job is a “rush job”—we don’t believe you should pay extra for prompt service. When we receive your proof approval, we start printing. It’s that simple.

Paper Choices

We like to make jokes, but paper makes our world go ‘round, and we take it very seriously. We don’t skimp on quality—you’ll find no cheap sheets at Mingo. What you will find are myriad paper choices throughout our product lines. If you’re not seeing the choice you need, don’t fret—just call us. We’ll be happy to get it for you.

Printing Services

We love the smell of fresh ink in an offset printer. It’s how we started, and there’s nothing quite like it—especially for large jobs and spot color and consistency. Of course, we also offer digital printing, perfect for small runs. If you’re looking for texture, you’ll want to consider thermography, which uses a heating process to raise the ink and gives a dimensional feel to your piece.

File Friendliness

We accept any and all high-resolution files in whatever format best suits you—as long as it’s not a floppy disk. (Remember those?) Any file output to high-res, multi-page PDF is fine. Any image file is fine. Whether your speed is Mac or PC, we’ll take any version of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark, Freehand, Pagemaker, CorelDRAW! Or even Pages, Keynot, Publisher, Word or Power Point. Scribble your design on a bar napkin for all we care—we’ll find a way to print it.

Meet a few of the people that make up Mingo:

Don

Our company president started at the bottom here as a driver back in the 1980s. Since then, he’s run the presses, the shops, and now the company. Don is a big burly guy who understands printing, computers and little silver sports cars. He’s a good guy to know.

And the artist he admires the most? His dad. Don says he was a terrific painter.

Alex

Alex comes by his printing knowledge naturally. He grew up in the business, working in his dad’s print shop. Alex is now a color expert who makes sure your printed pieces all match across different substrates and printing technologies. He thinks a fast turnaround, good communication and a great attitude should all come with the job.

And believe it or not, he doesn’t even drink coffee.
