Do labels come on a roll or on a sheet?Our standard labels will come multiple up on a sheet, and the quantity per sheet will be determined by the finish size of the label. What label shapes are available?Our standard labels are available in square, circle and rectangular shapes. If you’re looking for a die cut label, we can help with that as well. Contact us today with a custom quote!
What types of adhesive do you offer on labels?Our standard label stock is considered to have a permanent adhesive, depending on the type of surface it is being applied to. We can source alternative adhesive options for you, from easily removable to aggressively adhesive.
Are the labels waterproof?Our standard labels are not considered to be waterproof. If you’re needing a waterproof label, please let us know and we’ll get a custom quote over to you ASAP!
What types of electronic files can you take?We support both Mac and PC files, and while we take just about any type of file you can think of, here is a sampling of the most common file types:

Can I e-mail my job to you?Yes. We gladly accept e-mailed files. Check your email limitations on file size to make sure it doesn’t exceed your limit. Be sure to include contact information in your e-mail so we can reach you if we have any questions. We will respond to your email within 20 minutes during the hours of 8am – 6pm Central Time or the next business day. If for some reason you don’t receive a reply within about 20 minutes, either try resending, send another email, or call us. Do you charge extra for rush jobs?No. We have no extra charges for rush jobs. In order to meet your time deadlines, some jobs may have to be produced using a different process, which could alter the price. We will always inform you of these differences prior to starting your project.
