?Flat size refers to the size of the paper before we create the fold of your dreams. Don’t see the size you need? Call/Chat/Email or request a custom quote. We’ll make sure you get the size you need!
?All variable data items will print in CMYK. Tell us all about that PMS number you had picked out in the notes section, and watch how closely we can match it!
FINISHING
?Our standard radius is 1/4” and rounding all four corners. If you prefer to round outside the box, just include your preferred radius and comments in the notes section and we’ll see what we can do!
?Our real life team of experts will look over your file to make sure everything will print beautifully. We can either send you a PDF proof for one last look-see or overnight a hardcopy. In most cases, these hardcopy proofs will be color accurate and trimmed/finished to size.

3. After you review the proof and give us the thumbs-up, production will begin. The faster you approve, the sooner we print!

4. Once we print your job, we’ll carefully inspect it to make sure everything looks good, then ship or mail it to you on the same day.​​​​​​​

Frequently Asked Questions: Table Number FAQs
How will my table numbers be printed?

We recommend digital printing for your table numbers, to accommodate the variable data.

How come I can’t choose a spot color for this product?

Products that require variable data on all pieces will be digitally printed in CMYK. This applies to products such as escort cards, place cards, table numbers, etc. If you have a specific Pantone color you’re trying to match, please let us know. We cannot guarantee a perfect match, but we can get it as close as possible!

What is the minimum quantity I can order?

One. We have a wide array of equipment designed to meet all of your needs, from one copy to several thousand.

Do you charge extra for rush jobs?

No. We have no extra charges for rush jobs. In order to meet your time deadlines, some jobs may have to be produced using a different process, which could alter the price. We will always inform you of these differences prior to starting your project.

What types of electronic files can you take?

We support both Mac and PC files, and while we take just about any type of file you can think of, here is a sampling of the most common file types:

Can I e-mail my job to you?

Yes. We gladly accept e-mailed files. Check your email limitations on file size to make sure it doesn’t exceed your limit. Be sure to include contact information in your e-mail so we can reach you if we have any questions. We will respond to your email within 20 minutes during the hours of 8am – 6pm Central Time or the next business day. If for some reason you don’t receive a reply within about 20 minutes, either try resending, send another email, or call us. Do you show proofs?

Yes. Any time you order printing from us, we ask that you review a proof before we produce your job. This gives you peace of mind knowing that your job will be produced correctly. Depending on the type of job, we can show you a proof in a variety of different ways: by e-mail, fax, or hardcopy.
